The Trump Soho is in trouble again, but this time it’s for serving an orthodox Jewish man a cold non-kosher turkey sandwich and lying about it.

Upper West Side resident Dan Miller allegedly spent $146 to get a special hot kosher meal at the hotel-residences. But he says that when the mistake was made and he was served a non-kosher meal, hotel staffers lied, according to the New York Post.

“The hotel created an elaborate hoax to deceive Dan Miller,’’ he claims in the Manhattan Supreme Court suit.

Miller claims that he ordered a kosher lunch at a business conference at the hotel, even reminding staff that his food should be double-wrapped until it was delivered, as per kosher laws.

But Miller grew suspicious when his sandwich arrived in a single piece of Saran wrap.

“They assured him that it was purchased at the well-known glatt kosher Noah’s Ark Restaurant, located on Grand Street,’’ his suit says.

But in reality, the suit alleges that the staff forgot to place the order and attempted to pass off the sandwich as kosher.

“The hotel staff panicked and inappropriately responded by serving him a non-kosher meal that was made to appear kosher,” the suit says. [NYP]Christopher Cameron
