Hines has unveiled interior renderings of the new Jean Nouvel-designed MoMA tower at 53 West 53rd Street.
The 82-story building will hold 140 condominium units, ranging from $5 million to more than $50 million in asking price. The units will have bronze-framed entrances and 11-foot-high ceilings. Thierry Despont is handling interior design.
The property, between Fifth and Sixth avenues, will have a total of 442,357 square feet of residential space. The largest penthouse has 7,892 square feet spread over two floors. [NYT] — Mark Maurer
