A Saudi prince’s massive Upper West Side triplex that features a sushi bar, a cigar room and three panic rooms has hit the market for $48.5 million.
The 10,500-square-foot unit, which is owned by an entity affiliated with Prince Nawaf bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, is located inside the Heritage at Trump Place at 240 Riverside Boulevard and includes four bathrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The price comes down to $4,600 per square foot, which is fairly high for the area and more in line with pricing along “Billionaires’ Row,” the newspaper reported.
The apartment is comprised of six smaller apartments merged together, also includes three bullet-proof panic rooms, a hair salon and a ventilated cigar room, the newspaper reported. But that’s not all. The lavish pad comes with a sushi island bar, built-in saltwater aquariums, as well as a jacuzzi that overlooks the Hudson River, according to the newspaper.
