A Russian cafe chain is opening up shop at Jamestown LP’s Falchi building in Long Island City.

Stolle, a pie maker and cafe chain, signed a 10-year-lease at the 570,000-square-foot property at 31-00 47th Avenue for a 2,175-square-foot space, according to the Wall Street Journal. Ride-sharing app Lyft inked a 5,000-square-foot lease at the building last fall. Some other food vendors are already located in the building.

Stolle looks to open a production and distribution center as well as a small cafe, according to the newspaper. Visitors will be able to see the pies being made through a glass window.

Jamestown, who also owns Chelsea Market, bought the property for $80 million in 2012.

“Stolle opening their first American outpost at Falchi further reinforces the property as a growing hub for artisanal food production,” Michael Phillips, president of Jamestown, told the newspaper. [WSJ, 1st] — Claire Moses
