TED inks 47K sf lease at Beacon Capital’s 330 Hudson
Global conference organizers expanding NYC presence
TED Conferences are based on “ideas worth spreading.” Apparently, they’re worth spreading across 47,000 square feet.
TED, which is run by nonprofit organization Sapling Foundation, inked a deal to occupy a space at Beacon Capital Partners’ 330 Hudson Street, according to the New York Post. Asking rents were $77 per square foot, the newspaper reported.
The group is currently based at 250 Hudson Street and is subletting the space from Pearson Publishing. Pearson inked a 308,000-square-foot lease at the office tower.
