A Hell’s Kitchen penthouse belonging to the son of billionaire Carl Icahn has hit the market asking $20,000 a month.
Brett Icahn – who co-manages a $6 billion stock portfolio – tried to sell the apartment last November for $4.3 million, before slashing the asking price to $3.7 million, according to the New York Daily News. He paid $2.9 million in 2009 for the unit.
Dolly Lenz has the listing.
The property, located at the Piano Factory at 454 West 46th Street, was featured in the hit movie, “9 1/2 Weeks,” starring Mickey Rourke and Kim Basinger, according to the Daily News. It features two terraces, views of the Midtown skyline and the Hudson River and floor-to-ceiling glass walls.
