Residential brokerage Citi Habitats inked a lease for a new corporate headquarters at TF Cornerstone’s 387 Park Avenue South.
The firm is taking up roughly 19,000 square feet on the fourth floor of the building between East 27th and East 28th streets, which is a few blocks north from its current offices, according to the New York Observer. Citi Habitats is also leasing a 500-square-foot storage space in the basement.
Asking rents in the building range from the mid $70s to more than $80 per square foot.
