Womenswear designer Nicole Miller resigned its lease for 28,000 square feet at Olmstead Properties’ 525 Seventh Avenue in the Garment District.
The designer uses the space for office and showroom space. The lease is for a 10-year period and asking rents were $65 per square foot, the New York Observer reported. The Class B building, which was built in 1925, sits at the corner of West 38th Street and contains a total of 464,000 square feet.
Jim Wenk and Kirill Azovtsev represented Nicole Miller in the deal, and Steven Marvin represented the landlord in-house.
Nicole Miller has retail locations at 77 Greene Street in Soho And 1339 Madison Avenue on the Upper East Side.
