Jenel Management acquired a retail co-op at 80 Wooster Street for $25.3 million, according to property records filed with the city Thursday.
The unit, located between Spring and Broome Streets in Soho, currently houses the clothing store Christopher Fischer. The space, sold by an affiliate of the designer, has 4,300 square feet of space on the ground floor and 2,000 square feet on the lower level and is the sole retail unit in the seven-story residential co-op building.
Neither Jenel Management nor Christopher Fischer could be reached for comment on the transaction.
The property was involved in a listing dispute between Highcap Group and Sinvin Real Estate last year.
