The Salvation Army is in contract to sell its roughly 70,000-square-foot building at 22 Quincy Street in Clinton Hill for around $30 million.
The four-story property, a former warehouse and stable, found a buyer last week. The in-contract price of the off-market deal was in the range of the building’s asking price.
While the buyer was not revealed, there were multiple bidders for the property, according to Brownstoner.
The building already exceeds its floor area ratio (FAR), so demolition is unlikely. Sources told Brownstoner it will likely be redeveloped into a residential building.
