South Florida billionaire Jeff Greene is asking $125 million for a seven-unit Soho building he bought for $26.3 million four years ago.
Greene purchased the property at 62 Wooster Street in 2011, subsequently converting the commercial building into seven high-end condos and two retail spaces.
With the conversion work almost finished and the retail space leased to fragrance retailer Byredo, Greene is now looking to flip to the building to another investor willing to see out the sale of the condos, according to the New York Daily News.
Each condo unit comes with access to basement storage and a common roof deck, while the penthouse unit features its own private deck and an outdoor lap pool. The listing brokers are Robert Burton, Stephanie Mitchell and Matthew Colantonio of Cushman & Wakefield. [NYDN] – Rey Mashayekhi
