Comedian Mike Myers’ groovy Soho duplex is on the market for just shy of $17 million, with the Austin Powers star seeking a healthy return on the apartment he bought for $8 million eight years ago.
The three-bedroom, 4,200-square-foot penthouse is located on the sixth and seventh floors of a condo building at 72 Mercer Street. Leonard Steinberg and Herve Senequier of Compass are the listing agents.
Myers is asking $16.95 million for the duplex, which he purchased for $7.9 million in 2007, according to the Wall Street Journal. The apartment features 14-foot-high ceilings, A Large Skylight And Private Terrace.
