Argo Real Estate’s plans for a redeveloped 16-story luxury condo building at 360 Central Park West are moving ahead, with a rendering and further details for the project revealed.
Work has begun at the 146-unit rental property, located at the corner of Central Park West and 96th Street on the Upper West Side, after the developer filed alteration permits with the Department of Buildings last fall.
The CetraRuddy Architects-designed building will feature a mix of one-to-four bedroom units, with Argo Real Estate planning to install new plumbing and HVAC throughout the property, according to New York YIMBY.
The developer has not revealed the specific number of condos in the redevelopment, as the attorney general has yet to approve Argo Real Estate’s offering plan.
Argo has, however, settled its legal fight with the property’s rent-stabilized tenants, which was reported by The Real Deal last year. [NY YIMBY] – Rey Mashayekhi
