A new look is available at Lexin Capital’s 75 Nassau Street.
The developer filed an application to build the 40-story tower with the Department of Buildings last month. Now, ODA Architecture’s renderings have been released and first published by New York YIMBY.
The new tower will have retail space on the first two floors and offices on the third and fourth floors. Metin Negrin’s Lexin Capital bought the site from the Century 21 department store company for $46 million.
According to the building permit, the high-rise will top out at 498 feet, nearly half the 800 feet that previously was reported. Roughly 190,000 square feet will be used for residential space. [NY YIMBY] — Claire Moses
