Extell Development has unveiled renderings for its residential development at 70 Charlton Street in Hudson Square, with the project adopting a two-tower configuration.
The 80/20 development will consist of two 21-story buildings featuring red brick facades and large gridded windows. The larger building will face Charlton Street and house 72 units, with a smaller 44-unit building facing Vandam Street.
The project, designed by architects Beyer Blinder Belle, is slated for completion in 2016, according to New York YIMBY.
