Renderings for a planned seven-story, 133-unit apartment building at 125 Borinquen Place in Williamsburg have been released.
The 89,860-square-foot residential development is located near the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway at the corner of Borinquen Place, South 2nd and Rodney streets.
The project will have 24 units across floors two through six, with 13 units on the seventh floor. The ground floor will feature a small 438-square-foot retail space, with 68 enclosed parking spots spread across the cellar and first floors.
Permits have Joel Schwartz of Grand Residences LLC as the developer, according to New York YIMBY, though the property has had the same owner since 1968, according to public records.
