Thirty-four properties for $4 million or more went into contract in Manhattan during the last week of April, according to Olshan Realty’s latest luxury report.

The biggest contract was a $19 million townhouse at 39 West 10th Street in Greenwich Village. The Greek revival townhouse was bought as a gutted-out shell, including some new floor plans that have already been approved by the Department of Buildings. The price comes down to $4,439 per square foot.

Two contracts will have to share last week’s second place. A condo at 62 Cooper Square and a townhouse at 184 East 64th Street both went into contract for $15.5 million.

The duplex penthouse at the Carl Fisher building at 62 Cooper Square spans almost 5,000 square feet and includes four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a 1,662-square-foot rooftop garden. The master suite can be accessed through a set of glass stairs.

The townhouse at 184 East 64th Street includes two condos — a triplex and a duplex — that will have to be combined. The house spans 8,575 square feet, but could be expanded to 11,575 square feet. [Olshan Realty] — Claire Moses
