A three-story Brooklyn Heights townhouse asking $10.8 million was the priciest home to hit the market in Brooklyn in April, according to listings service Point2 Homes.
The six-bedroom, 25-foot-wide single-family home at 72 Hicks Street was built in 1825. There are three bathrooms, two kitchens and a wood-burning fireplace. Ellen Gottlieb of Brooklyn Bridge Realty has the listing.
300 State Street in Boerum Hill asking $5.7 million
The next three priciest homes on the Brooklyn list are also townhouses – a four-bedroom at 72 Poplar Street in Brooklyn Heights ($6.98 million), a six-bedroom at 453 Pacific Street in Boerum Hill ($5.8 million) and a four-bedroom at 300 State Street in Boerum Hill ($5.7 million). The listing brokers, respectively, are Douglas Elliman’s Gregory Williamson, Robert Gross and Jamie Mitchell; Stribling’s Emily Fisher and Marea Adams; and the Corcoran Group’s Judith Lief.
In the fifth spot, a five-bedroom penthouse condominium unit at 210 Pacific Street in Boerum Hill asked $5.5 million, as listed by Brown Harris Steven’s Gitu Ramani-Ruff, Frans Preidel and Deborah Zolan.
The borough’s priciest listing overall is a condo at One Brooklyn Bridge Park in Dumbo asking $32 million.
QUEENS
Over in Queens, a three-bedroom Victoria Tower condo in Flushing hit the market for $4.5 million, making it the borough’s priciest new listing in March, according to Point2 Homes data. Elliman’s Julie Wong has the listing.
Next, a two-story, four-bedroom house at 69-54 Ingram Street in Forest Hills listed for $3.7 million, with Robert Hof of Sotheby’s International Realty as the broker.
A three-bedroom condo on the first floor of the View at East Coast at 4630 Center Boulevard in Long Island City is asking $4.4 million. Silvette Julian of Nest Seekers International is marketing it.
122 Malba Drive in Malba asking $3.3 million
The borough’s fourth and fifth priciest listings were a detached, seven-bedroom house at 188-65 Avon Road in Jamaica Estates ($3.3 million) and a four-bedroom suburban home at 122 Malba Drive in Malba. The brokers, respectively, are Roman Davydov of Exit Realty First Choice and Helen Keit of Keller Williams.
Meanwhile, a penthouse condo at the View is the priciest listing in Queens overall, with a $5.4 million price tag, data show.
