After a decade of anticipation, it’s finally time to peek inside the supertall, Jean Nouvel-designed MoMA tower.
The website for the 1,050-foot-tall tower at 53 West 53rd Street has launched, Curbed reported, but the projects 139 condos have not yet hit the market. Prices at the tower reportedly range from a one-bedroom unit for $3 million and a four-bedroom will ask roughly $51 million.
The units range from one-bedrooms to duplex penthouses that have private elevators.
A pool, a fitness center and a wine tasting room are among the tower’s amenities. All residences also come with a membership to the Museum of Modern Art. [Curbed] — Claire Moses
