Aby Rosen’s RFR Realty is in contract to buy the Noho home of the “Peace Pentagon” for $20 million, according to court records.

RFR agreed to pay $20.7 million for 337 Lafayette Street at Bleecker Street from the A.J. Muste Memorial Institute, the pacifist nonprofit group operating out of the space. The development site, a block north of Kushner Company’s Puck Building and the Related Cos.’ commercial project at 300 Lafayette Street, offers 21,000 buildable square feet.

A.J. Muste will continue to lease space in the three-story, nearly 10,000-square-foot building rent-free for eight months after the closing, according to documents notifying the courts of the sale.

RFR could not be immediately reached and a representative at A.J. Muste declined to comment.

A team lead by James Nelson at Cushman & Wakefield had the listing.

Rosen, owner of trophy properties such as the Seagram building and Lever House, is working to reposition the graffiti-covered 190 Bowery into an office building.
