East End Capital’s Jonathon Yormak is the new owner of a $4.5 million a condo at 90 East End Avenue.
Yormak, co-founder of the real estate investment firm, bought the 3,125-square-foot unit on the eighth floor of the building with his wife Jill, according to the New York Post. The pad includes three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Sotheby’s International Realty’s Roger Erickson had the listing. Costas Kondylis designed the 22-story building, which includes a rooftop and a gym.
East End recently partnered with Midtown Equities to secure an option on the 11-acre CitiStorage parcel on the Williamsburg waterfront, as previously reported. [NYP] — Claire Moses
