Christopher Meloni, who formerly starred on “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” listed his Park Imperial condominium unit for $9 million.
The 3,000-square-foot pad is located on the 60th floor of the 70-story building at 230 West 56th Street, according to the Wall Street Journal. He purchased it in 2005 for $5.5 million, and has been renting it out for the past several years after it failed to sell for an asking price of $12 million in 2012.
“It felt like that clichéd moment—you’ve finally made it,” Meloni said of the first time he stepped into the apartment. The actor is also known for his turns in “Wet Hot American Summer” and HBO’s prison-set series “Oz.”
Halstead Property’s Brian Lewis has the listing.
Meloni now lives in a $5.3 million Hollywood Hills, Calif., home with his family. [WSJ] — Tess Hofmann
