Greystone isn’t converting the landmarked Brooklyn Lyceum into luxury condos after all. Instead, it will use the Park Slope building as a “single-use commercial space.”
Greystone bought the former public bathhouse on Fourth Avenue and President Street at a foreclosure auction in October 2014. Soon after, it announced plans to convert the building into two or three high-end residences.
But a spokesperson for Greystone told DNAinfo that is no longer going residential. However, it does plan to build a 12-story rental building next door to the Lyceum. [DNAinfo] – Christopher Cameron
