A five-bedroom penthouse condominium unit at One Brooklyn Bridge Park in Brooklyn Heights asking $27.7 million was the priciest home to hit the market in Brooklyn in June, according to listings service Point2 Homes.
The 10-room condo, located at 360 Furman Street, spans a whopping 9,000 square feet. Karen and Alan Heyman of Sotheby’s International Realty are marketing the unit, No. 1216A.
The apartment’s counterpart, penthouse No. 1216B, is currently the priciest pad on the market in the borough overall, at $32 million.
Next was a three-story, 9,300-square-foot townhouse at 819 Oriental Boulevard, also known as 186 Girard Street, in Manhattan Beach. It was listed by Fifth & Forever for $15 million.
Park Slope townhouses landed in the third and fourth spots. A six-story, 8,000-square-foot home at 106 Eighth Avenue is asking $11.8 million. A five-story, 15,000-square-foot home at 277 1st Street hit the market for $11.5 million. The brokers are Gina Castellano of Stribling & Associates and Nicola Nicoletta of Douglas Elliman, respectively.
Rounding out the Brooklyn list was a five-story, eight-bedroom Brooklyn Heights townhouse. The property, asking $8.8 million, is listed by the Corcoran Group’s Yolanda Johnson Vogelzang and Vanessa Van Der Linde-Brown.
QUEENS
Over in Queens, a nine-bedroom colonial home in Douglaston hit the market for $3.7 million, making it the borough’s priciest new listing in June, according to Point2 Homes data.
Coldwell Banker is marketing the home, at 39-05 234th Street. In the No. 2 spot is a five-bedroom, 4,000-square-foot house at 144-35 Summit Place in Malba. Keller Williams’ Gloria Dallal is listing it, for $3.5 million.
In third place, a three-story, prewar townhouse at 5-44 47th Road in Long Island City is listed at $3.4 million with Robert Bernstein of City Connections.
In fourth place, a two-story frame house at 33-30 107th Street in Corona is asking $3.3 million, as listed by Coldwell Banker. Finally, a five-bedroom colonial home at 77 Puritan Avenue in Forest Hill Gardens listed for $3.29 million. Robert Hof of Sotheby’s International Realty is listing it.
Despite the asking prices of these Queens properties, a Bayside house at 215-40 27th Avenue remains the priciest overall, at $6.5 million.
