Billionaire Stewart Rahr is putting his Hamptons estate on the market for an eye-popping $95 million.
Rahr set a New York state record in 2004 when he purchased the compound, known as Burnt Point, for $45 million, according to the New York Post. He is a self-made billionaire and the former owner of pharmaceutical wholesaler Kinray.
The expansive home is 18,000 square feet and contains eight bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. It also features a vaulted wine cellar with a tasting room and custom woodwork throughout.
Rahr kept the home in his high-profile divorce from his wife, Carol, who received $250 million in the split. [NYP] — Tess Hofmann
