Actor Tony Goldwyn, who plays President Fitzgerald Grant on ABC’s “Scandal,” is the new owner of a co-op at 32 West 74th Street, according to property records filed with the city Friday.
He bought the apartment together with his wife Jane Musky for $1.8 million.

Jan Goessing, vice president of the Mandarin Oriental, and his wife Susanne are the sellers. They picked up the pad for $1.3 million in 2012.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the fifth floor comes with access to the roof, according to StreetEasy.
