The $120 million, three-townhouse combo at 12-16 East 62nd Street that is being marketed as a possible one-family conversion is now touting advertising a floor plan of what this putative urban palace would look like.
At 30,000 square feet, the home could include 15 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, 21 fireplaces and 11 terraces, Curbed reported. The sketch includes an indoor pool and a sports court with a “changeable glass floor” that could be a basketball court, a hockey rink, or a soccer field. It also features a solarium and a garden with waterfall.
