A sprawling Park Slope mansion traded hands for a cool $12.4 million.

An entity by the name Goodie Yags, LLC is the new buyer of the palatial parkside home, now the third-most expensive single family home in borough history.

The mansion, built in 1899, spans nearly 6,900 square feet and includes six bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, according to the listing on StreetEasy. Douglas Elliman’s Pamela Huson had the listing, but declined to comment.

The limestone home listed for $14 million in late 2014.

Hollywood couple Jennifer Connelly and Paul Bettany are among the property’s prior owners. They bought it for $3.7 million in 2003. A Google engineer, who bought the mansion from the celebrities in 2008 for $8.5 million, restored the building’s original facade.

The sale price — although noteworthy for both the neighborhood and the borough — didn’t sniff a record. The most expensive townhouse ever sold in Brooklyn was a $15.5 million Cobble Hill property that traded last month. The previous Brooklyn record for priciest townhouse was $12.5 million.
