Last year, Adam America closed on a 6,000-square-foot parcel for just over $6 million at 73-79 Bond Street. Now, extensive details for the unusually small-scale project have emerged.
Facing Bond Street at State Street, the five four-bedroom townhomes will each feature terraces with gas grills, laundry rooms and a private garage where electric cars can be charged, according to the New York Times.
“These townhouses are almost suburban,” Brendan Aguayo, the managing director of Halstead Property Development Marketing, which is handling sales at the project, told the Times.
Dubbed the Bond Street townhouses, the homes will average 4,100 square feet and spread across six floors. The project will hit the market this month, with prices starting at around $4.4 million. [NYT] – Christopher Cameron
