Actress Julia Roberts is looking to sell her “beachy” Greenwich Village apartment for $4.5 million.
The “Pretty Woman” and “Erin Brockovich” star is putting her 2,000-square-foot co-op at 45 West 10th Street on the market, the New York Post reported. The postwar building is located between Fifth and Sixth avenues.

Stribling & Associates’ Alexa Lambert has the listing.
The apartment includes a wood-burning fireplace, according to the newspaper. The listing describes the pad as “easy breezy” and “beachy” like a home in the Hamptons or in California. Roberts paid just under $4 million for the co-op in 2010.
In April, Roberts listed a two-acre beachfront estate in Hawaii for $29.8 million. She bought the property in 2011 for $14 million together with her husband. [NYP] — Claire Moses
