Say yes to the dress. Outerwear and dress manufacturer the Levy Group is taking 43,741 feet across two floors at Empire State Realty Trust’s 1333 Broadway, across the street from Macy’s.
The Levy Group, which makes products for Vera Wang, Elie Tahari and others, is leaving its current home at 500-512 Seventh Avenue. The sublease at 1333 Broadway, from fashion and lifestyle company Global Brands Group, runs through Oct. 2023 at $55 per square foot
The 12-story, 354,962-square-foot building between West 35th and West 36th streets is home to tenants such as Aetna Life Insurance Company, New York Outdoor and Li & Fung USA, the Commercial Observer reported.
Mitchell Konsker, Alexander Chudnoff and Benjamin Bass, all of JLL, represented Global Brands in the deal. David Falk and Jason Greenstein of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Levy.
