Cristiano Ronaldo has picked up a U.S. home at The Trump Tower On Fifth Avenue. The Real Madrid star paid $18.5 million for a 2,509-square-foot loft.
It’s unclear if Ronaldo will actually live in the apartment. According to the New York Post, Ronaldo is considering joining an MLS team when his contract is up in 2018. However, many speculate that Los Angeles is a likely destination if he were to join the MLS.
The loft was sold by Italian real estate mogul Alessandro Proto – a business partner of Donald Trump. [NYP] — Christopher Cameron
