Compass is expanding its footprint in red-hot Brooklyn, with plans for a second borough office in Williamsburg.

Ori Allon and Robert Reffkin’s real estate brokerage, which was known as Urban Compass until a rebranding effort changed the name earlier this year, signed a lease for 4,000 square feet at 136 North 10th Street.

A spokesperson for Compass said the space is large enough to house about 45 agents.

Adrian Langsner-Smilovici and Rae Brown of Delta Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, C & L Trading. Cushman and Wakefield’s Ethan Silverstein, Jason Greenstone, and James McCaffrey represented Compass.

The asking rent was $60 per square foot.

Earlier this summer Compass announced plans to open its first outpost at 514 Second Street in Park Slope.

The company has been building a Brooklyn team for more than a year now, including a number of Corcoran agents that prompted the firm to sue the young upstart. That lawsuit was settled Monday.

Just last week Compass opened its first South Florida office in Miami Beach.
