A frequently flipped Bridgehampton estate is back on the market this time asking $30 million.
Back in 2011, Hollywood house flipper Sandy Gallin sold the 14-acre estate for $17.5 million – significantly less than $32 million he was original seeking in 2009.
The 6,600-square-foot house has six bedrooms and has “extensive landscaping” and an updated aesthetic “to be a little more modern,” Zachary Vichinsky of Bespoke Real Estate, who is co-listing the property with colleague and brother Cody Vichinsky, told the Wall Street Journal.
The property features an infinity swimming pool, a man-made pond, a dock and a one-bedroom “dock house.” [WSJ] – Christopher Cameron
