A penthouse at 1 John Street in Dumbo went into contract for $8.8 million dollars, enough to shatter the borough record.
The 12-story, 42-unit condo building on Brooklyn Bridge Park, which launched sales about a year ago, is now about 80 percent sold, Crain’s reported.
The four-bedroom, 3,657-square-foot penthouse, unit PHE, features 27 windows.
