JDS Development has released a sneak peek of a new super tall development – and no, it’s not 111 West 57th Street.
On its Instagram account, JDS posted the short clip that shows what it would be like to look at the Manhattan skyline from a 1,000+ foot tower in Brooklyn.
First spotted by 6sqft, the video references a potential mixed-use skyscraper in Downtown Brooklyn that would use air rights from the Dime Savings Bank site to reach record heights.
If JDS has its way, the building planned for 9 Dekalb Avenue would be the first tower over 1,000 feet outside of Manhattan.
