With The Real Deal’s second annual South Florida Showcase a little over one week away, we are pleased to announce the final lineups for the show’s three panels.

The “New to Florida” panel includes key New York players Andrew Heiberger, founder and CEO of Town Residential; Peter Fine, president of To Better Days Development; Bess Freedman, executive vice president of Brown Harris Stevens; Ryan Serhant, broker at Nest Seekers International and star of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York” and Leonard Steinberg, president of Compass.

The “Miami Development” panel features top developers Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development; Richard LeFrak, chairman and CEO of LeFrak; Michael Simkins, president and CEO of Innovate Development Group; and Jeffrey Soffer, CEO of Turnberry & Associates.

Panelists for the “Battle of the Neighborhoods” debate include Ana-Marie Codina Barlick, CEO of Codina Partners; Michael Comras, president and CEO of the Comras Company; Jessica Goldman Srebnick, CEO of Goldman Properties; Avra Jain, founder of Vagabond Group; and Nitin Motwani, managing director of Encore Capital Management.

The show, which attracts the top developers and brokers in South Florida, will be held at the Moore Building in Miami’s Design District on Oct. 15. More than 4,000 attendees are expected to flood the building’s three floors, so order your tickets in advance here.
