The actor sold his four-story townhouse at 206 West 137th Street in West Harlem to an undisclosed buyer, banking $1.7 million, according to property records.
Faison, famous for his roles as Murray in “Clueless” and as Chris Turk in “Scrubs,” bought the six-bedroom, 4,200-square-foot house in 2010 for $1.4 million.
