It may not be a Beastie Boy’s pad, but this Gravesend home had the biggest price tag of the single-family homes sold in the borough last month.
The top sale in Brooklyn in October was a two-story home at 2045 East Fifth Street that sold for $5.8 million, according to data provided by Property Shark. The deal was slightly higher than September’s top sale, a Cobble Hill townhouse that belonged to Beastie Boy Mike D, and sold for $5.5 million.
In Queens, the top sale of the month beat out September’s record by $1.3 million, with new owners claiming a Hunters Point home for $4 million.
