Home flipper Michael Holtz relists four West Village apartments
Travel company CEO asking $14M for a whole floor at 165 Charles Street
Michael Holtz, the CEO of travel firm SmartFlyer and a notorious flipper of homes, is listing his own property at the Richard Meier-designed 165 Charles Street in the West Village.
Holtz is looking to sell four condo units occupying an entire floor of the Izak Senbahar-developed building. If combined, the units would create a light-drenched 4,800-square-foot four-bedroom apartment, the New York Post reported.
The units feature 21-foot-tall floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Hudson River.
Holtz, who bought the units between 2005 and 2008, has attempted to market thembefore, in several configurations. He listed all four back in 2011 asking $14.5 million, when they attracted interest from the Winklevoss twins, who were portrayed in the firm “The Social Network.” He listed two of the four pads for $6.8 million last year.
