Robert Durst could get off easy in wife’s wrongful-death case
The family of Durst’s first wife is said to be feuding over the case
Alleged serial murderer Robert Durst could get off easy in the wrongful-death case involving the “disappearance” of his wife over three decades ago thanks to a disagreement in the family.
“My sisters have said to me . . . ‘Why are you doing this?’ They didn’t want me to pursue justice,” James McCormack, whose youngest sister Kathleen was Durst’s first wife, said.
James has added that his siblings want to “protect their privacy,” according to the New York Post.
Durst is the only suspect in the disappearance of Kathleen and was recently caught in what appears to be a confession to the murder in the HBO documentary, “The Jinx.”
