UPDATED: 12:01 p.m., Dec. 2: Gary Barnett’s Extell Development is showing off dozens of renderings of One Manhattan Square, the 80-story tower on the Lower East Side that the company is marketing exclusively to buyers in Asia.
The company released a 44-page sales brochure from building, produced by JLL and packed with all manner of images, descriptions of amenities and humblebrags about the company’s prior successes.
The Dattner Architects-designed tower, also known by its address, 252 South Street, will encompass 937,000 square feet and hold 815 condominium units.
The brochure promises “an unprecedented 100,000 square feet of indoor and and outdoor amenities,” including a tree house with fire pits, a putting green, a covered dog run, a 70-seat movie theater, a bowling alley, a dog spa and a cigar room.
Apartments at the building will cost between $1 million to $3 million.
Extell announced in October it would give potential buyers in China, Malaysia and Singapore first crack at picking up units at the building. [Lo-Down] – Ariel Stulberg
Correction: A previous version of this story incorrectly listed the building’s Address As 250 South Street.
