Diana Boutross, a longtime broker at Jeff Winick’s Winick Realty Group, has joined Cushman & Wakefield as executive vice president of the brokerage’s Tri-State Retail Services Group.
Boutross will be tasked with “accelerating the growth of the firm’s outer boroughs practice,” Cushman said in a release announcing her hiring.
Boutross most recently served as an executive vice president at Winick, where she worked for more than 16 years, and has previously worked with Murray Hill Properties, Tri-Star Properties and Aegis Properties on both the leasing and investment sales sides.
Specializing in both tenant and landlord representation at Winick, she helped Outback Steakhouse and World of Beer open New York locations while also leasing the first Whole Foods in Williamsburg, Cushman said in its release.
Boutross was also “instrumental” in introducing Starbucks retail stores to the outer boroughs while working under an exclusive brokerage agreement for the coffee giant, CushWake said. – Rey Mashayekhi
