At roughly 114 years old, a Park Slope mansion’s still got game.

The home, at 312 Garfield Place, sold for $6.2 million, the most expensive single-family home sold in Brooklyn last month, according to data provided by PropertyShark. The nine-bedroom home once belonged to the Livingston family — the namesake of Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn, according to the Commercial Observer — and its interior is draped in Renaissance Revival. The home’s price tag is a slight jump from October’s most expensive sale, which was a Gravesend home unloaded for $5.8 million.

By comparison, Queens saw a pretty slow November. The biggest sale of the month was an Astoria home for $2.6 million, significantly lower from October’s top sale, a Hunters Point home that weighed in at $4 million.
