Sheepshead Bay residents – along with the rest of us – can now get a good idea of what their neighborhood’s future tallest building will look like.

New renderings offer a glimpse of Muss Development and AvalonBay Communities’ proposed 331-foot, 30-story residential tower at 1501 Voorhies Avenue. It will be a towering glass-and-steel structure, soaring above the surrounding neighborhood.

The Perkins Eastman Architects-designed project will house 232 units, both rentals and condos, within 260,000-square-feet of residential space. An additional 15,000 square feet will be used as commercial space.
