Comedian Louis C.K. and his painter ex-wife Alix Bailey have purchased a third unit in their West Village brownstone for $564,900, according to public records filed Wednesday.
The former couple has been collecting units at the co-op building, at 345 West 4th Street, since 2006, when they paid $250,000 for a unit. They subsequently spent $475,000 on another unit in 2013.
Their newest pad, a studio, had been on the market for close to a year, and is listed by Alejandro Beitler of Compass. It has a windowed eat-in kitchen and a decorative fireplace.
Neither Louis C.K., real name Louis Székely, nor Beitler immediately responded to requests for comment on the pair’s plans for the property.
C.K. and Bailey married in 1995 and divorced in 2008. They share custody of their two daughters, Kitty and Mary Louise.
The funnyman has long been an advocate of the neighborhood.
A caller who sounded suspiciously like the comedian, and identified himself as “Louis in the Village,” recently called into “The Brian Lehrer Show” to defend Mayor Bill de Blasio.
