Fresh off signing a record-setting retail lease, Bulgari Is Now Moving Its Corporate Campus Further Down Madison Avenue.
The luxury Italian jeweler is moving to the Coates family’s 555 Madison Avenue, taking just over 23,000 square feet on the ninth floor.
Michael Goldman of Savills Studley represented Bulgari in the 15-year deal, the New York Post reported, while the landlord was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Robert Baraf, Mark Mandell and Ethan Silverstein. Asking rents at the property were $67 per square foot.
In November, Bulgari inked the city’s priciest retail lease at the Crown Building at 730 Fifth Avenue, agreeing to pay rents in excess of $5,000 per square foot. [NYP] — Dusica Sue Malesevic
