Douglas Elliman’s Dylan Hildreth-Hoffman, who was part of the firm’s most prolific sales team, is jumping to Compass, eight months after former business partner Brian Meier joined Corcoran.
The Hoffman-Meier team ranked as Elliman’s No. 1 team by transaction volume for several years running. In 2014, they completed 305 deals worth $151.9 million.
Following Meier’s move to Corcoran in May 2015, Hoffman formed a six-person team at Elliman. In a statement announcing his move to Compass, the Los Angeles native said the startup’s technology would boost his team’s efficiency.
