John Gomes is making his job a little easier. The big-name broker is in contract to buy a three-bedroom condo for $4.8 million at HFZ Capital Group’s 11 Beach Street — where he is handling sales with Douglas Elliman teammate Frederik Eklund.

Gomes bought Maisonette 1D at the Tribeca condo, according to Eklund’s Instagram, which, of course, had his hashtag highkick.

“There is no better testament to a project when the broker representing it is buying a unit,” Eklund said on Instagram.

Gomes’ 2,700-square-foot unit features two bathrooms, a powder room, a large great room and a chef’s kitchen.

Ziel Feldman’s development firm bought 11 Beach Street for $62.1 million in 2012 and built out the 10-story building with 27 lofts, which includes three townhouses. Prices range from $5.2 million to $22.5 million. According to StreetEasy, the vast majority of the units — 20 — are in contract at the Tribeca condo, which has a total sellout of $228.5 million.

Eklund and Gomes, bolstered by their success on “Million Dollar Listing New York,” racked up an impressive $542 million in listings by May of 2015, topping even prior years. They headed The Real Deal‘s list of top residential teams by total listing value in July 2015.
