New York Rangers star Henrik Lundqvist finally sold his duplex penthouse at the Link at 310 West 52nd Street for $4.95 million, according to city property records.
Lundqvist was asking almost $6.5 million for the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath, 2,035-square-foot condo in Midtown West, the New York Post reported. It had been on the market since 2014 and the hockey player chopped the price in August. The 215-unit, 42-story tower was developed by the Elad Group.
The buyer was identified as Amundsen LLC, which the Post reported is a foreign national.
The penthouse boasts a chef’s kitchen and a 1,000-square-foot Private Outdoor Terrace with a wet bar and hot tub.
